The Answer to the Question "Where is My Miracle?"

I'm seeing, hearing, and reading about so many believers who are questioning "Where is my miracle?" Many want to know why it hasn't happened yet and how long they have to pray before it comes to pass. If anyone understands this dilemma, I do. You can follow the journey here (The Holidays in the Making), but if there's one thing I've learned from the Lord over the last two years, it's that time is not a factor for God.

If you're in that place; the place of waiting and seeing no manifestation, that's the place where too many people give up. If indeed you are there, that is the place where too many people welcome the lie that God isn't good or that He doesn't want good things for them. That is the place where too many lives of abundance end because we choose not to believe anymore. I don't know the details of what you're going through, and I know waiting can be the hardest part; but I encourage you to see beyond the natural. If your enemy can cause you to doubt God's love for you, he's got you right where he wants you; unable to receive what the Lord has ready to give.

Your enemy wants you to focus on yourself and how you must be unworthy for one reason or another. Maybe the enemy even has you thinking, "it will never happen for me" or "maybe God wants me to suffer". When you allow yourself to focus on yourself, you'll always feel disappointed because your enemy wants you to believe you're not worthy. When you focus on Jesus; when you receive what HE did for you and that He died for you to have ALL that He has and be all that He is, that's when the favor of God will flow in your life.

EARTHLY EXAMPLES
Has anyone ever given you a gift; maybe a birthday present for example? When someone handed you that gift, did you sit back and question their intentions? Did you doubt they wanted to give you the gift that was right in front of your face or did you reach out and take it!?! Since we're dealing with what seems to be patience here, let's use an even more relevant example. Has anyone ever said they had a gift for you, they called you for your address then said they were sending it in the mail? Did you mope around depressed because you had a gift coming to you? NO! You likely woke up each day with excited anticipation of receiving that gift. Why then would you live life depressed about not receiving a gift from your father when He has already given it to you?

There are many reasons why people's lives aren't all they could be, but one of the biggest reasons so many people will never have or experience all that the Lord has for them, is because they didn't want to wait. Patience isn't something we strive for, it's a FRUIT of the spirit. It comes naturally when you how much you are loved by your Daddy and when you receive that everything He allows in your life is for the benefit of your faith first. Not everything you go through in life is something you have to go through. Often times we go through unnecessary pain because we wanted to do things our way, but when you surrender and allow God to grow your faith, He will turn those unnecessary circumstances around for your good. Rest assured, if you are waiting on a promise from God, there is growth in the waiting. He wants you to trust Him...not the miracle.
