Sound Doctrine

Our doctrine is from the Holy Spirit, and is not up to our interpretation. Many want to set aside doctrine and theology for the sake of unity, but there cannot be true unity with no agreement and striving together for the faith of the gospel. God specifically gave the five-fold ministry in Ephesians for the purpose of making sure His body together, believes rightly.

You must not alter your belief system, so your emotions can feel better. Without right believing; you will be easily deceived by the enemy, you will filter what God speaks to you through those lies, you will not be victorious, and you will not live the abundant life Jesus died for you to live.

Doctrine According to God
There is one God who exists in three Persons — the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is loving, holy and just.

The "Living Word of God" is Jesus. His spirit lives inside believers; He is our comforter, our guide, and final authority in all matters of life. He blesses us with spiritual gifts and empowers us to yield the fruit of the Spirit.

The "Written word of God" is the Bible; inspired by God and accurate. The scriptures themselves do not give life; only Jesus gives life. Though scripture gives us insight into God's character, they are not the final authority; for only God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit can speak on things that specifically apply to each individual's personal life.

Sin separated us all from God, but only through Jesus Christ can we be reconciled to God.

Jesus Christ is both God and Man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He led a sinless life, took all our sins, our sin nature, and our punishment upon Himself, died and rose again. Today, He is seated at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Mediator at all times.

Salvation is the gift of God to man. Jesus died for all mankind, but this gift is only effectual by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ. Only those who believe in their heart and confess with their mouth; calling on the name of the Lord, shall be saved.

Salvation into heaven is an eternal gift; sealed indefinitely by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. (Your good or evil deeds will not change or undo what Jesus did on the cross; eternal salvation is not based on your actions, but on Jesus' actions.)

Water baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of God and an outward testimony of our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Being water baptized does not get you to heaven; it is only by receiving Christ one can be saved.

The baptism of the Holy Ghost (with evidence of speaking in tongues) is a gift from God that is available to all believers. It edifies and strengthens our inner man, allows us to pray according to God's will, and is the endowment of power that is part of our inheritance to live an abundant and victorious life. (Acts Chapter 2)

Holy Communion is a remembrance celebration of Jesus’ death and resurrection. It is a gift from God as part of our abundant life inheritance; receiving forgiveness of sins and continued re-establishment of health and wholeness.

God wants to transform, heal and provide for us, so that we can live blessed and victorious lives that will impact us as individuals and help others.

We are called to preach the gospel to the nations and it's the Lord who prepared each saints' work beforehand, that we may walk in them; each person plays a different part.

Our Lord Jesus Christ is preparing His bride, so they will not be ashamed when He returns. Just as in the days of Noah, and Sodom and Gomorrah; Christ will remove His people before the tribulation by catching us up with Him at His second coming.
