How to Overcome Sin

Have you done things repeatedly that you know are unworthy of who you are and you find yourself stressing because you don't understand why you keep doing it? Have you made a judgement vow; promising to never do it again? Did you purposely make an effort to "do good" for as long as you possibly could, only to fall short? Here is a revelation that will set you free...you don't overcome sin by trying not to sin!

The more you focus on you, the more your flesh will want to measure your works. The more you measure your works, the more you'll realize you're not able and the more condemnation you'll receive. The more condemnation you receive, the more guilt you'll feel. The more guilt you feel, the more you'll try to "do right". The more you try to do right, the more wrong you'll do. Find out more about the root cause of condemnation in "What Does Condemnation Look Like?" and see specific examples in "Examples of Condemnation Darts".

There is only ONE way you overcome sin; that's by knowing Jesus already died and took your punishment for ALL of your sins; past, present AND FUTURE!!!! God no longer punishes His children; His believers. Jesus took it ALL on the cross! There is therefore now NO condemnation to you because you are in Christ Jesus! Your sins are already forgiven, you don't have to ask forgiveness anymore; YOU ARE ALREADY FORGIVEN! HALLELUJAH!

The more you focus on Jesus; what He did and who He is, the more grace you'll receive and the more free you'll be! YOU ARE ALREADY FORGIVEN! HALLELUJAH!
